The bureaus of culture and tourism in Harbin and Yichun cities in China's northernmost Heilongjiang province jointly unveiled their first collaborative tourism route on May 10, aiming to enrich the tourist experience of Heilongjiang's summer retreat layout through a special tourist train.
The Harbin-Yichun-Heihe tourism route includes visits to attractions such as Volga Manor, Harbin Central Avenue, Yichun Jinshan Deer Park, the Tangwanghe Forest and Stone Scenic Area, Heihe city, and outbound tours to Blagoveshchensk in Russia.
This route is expected to attract over 100,000 visitors and operate more than 20 special trains.
During the promotion event, the Harbin Jiangshan International Travel Agency, the Yichun Zhaoshang International Travel Agency, and the Heihe Worker International Travel Agency signed cooperation agreements to kick-start online sales for this travel route.
Simultaneously, the Harbin bureau of culture and tourism and the Yichun bureau of culture and tourism officially signed the "2024 Harbin-Yichun Cultural and Tourism Cooperation Framework Agreement".
The two cities will engage in deep cooperation focused on improving experiences in the culture and tourism industries. This entails enhancing information exchange, developing themed route products, organizing joint promotional activities, and strengthening the training of young talents in the culture and tourism sectors.
