To support the development of private enterprises, the Baotou Key Committee of Private Enterprises, the Baotou Service Bureau for the Development of the Private Economy, and the Baotou Service Center for the Development of the Private Economy were unveiled in the city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on April 29.
Baotou took the lead in establishing specialized operational institutions to serve and promote the development of the private economy in Inner Mongolia.
During the unveiling ceremony, Xie Yao, general manager of Mingyang North Smart Energy (Inner Mongolia) Co in Baotou, expressed his excitement, "With these institutions, we can stay informed about the policies and measures for the development of the private economy in real-time, and the Baotou government can quickly help solve the problems encountered by enterprises in their development."
Mingyang Group was one of the first companies to develop the wind power equipment industry in Inner Mongolia. Since it was established in Baotou, the city has formed an industrial cluster centered on Mingyang's wind power equipment manufacturing, with the introduction of seven supporting enterprises and the building of more than 20 related companies locally.
Next, Mingyang Group plans to establish its land-based headquarters in Baotou, attracting more chain enterprises to the city and striving to create a wind power industrial cluster worth 100 billion yuan ($13.8 billion) in Baotou.
