Zhoushan companies shine at Seafood Expo Global

Eighteen seafood enterprises from Zhoushan, Zhejiang province attended the 2024 Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona, Spain on April 23.

In addition to the traditional exhibition area, a special showcase zone spanning 120 square meters was set up, where 11 seafood enterprises displayed their flagship products.

The expo attracted a total of 281 companies from over 10 provinces and municipalities in China.

A seafood promotion event was also held on the sidelines of the expo, with over 40 domestic and foreign corporate representatives engaging in in-depth discussions on regional cooperation, industry integration, and other related matters.

The expo is the world's largest annual seafood trade event, bringing together leading companies in the seafood industry from across Europe and the world, making it a crucial platform for Zhoushan businesses looking to explore the European seafood market and facilitate business transactions, noted a local official.
