Dalian FTZ makes best use of new exports policy

Since the "Announcement on Matters Related to the Export of Used Cars" was issued by the Ministry of Commerce and four other authorities in February, the Dalian Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Dalian Free Trade Zone) has proactively conducted policy analysis and assessment to make the best use of the new policy.

The Dalian Municipal Bureau of Commerce has since released the "Dalian Used Car Export Enterprise Application Guidelines (Trial)", with the Dalian Free Trade Zone promptly responding by providing guidance and assistance to enterprises throughout their application processes.

Recently, Dalian Jingang United Auto International Trade Co Ltd, located in the Dalian Free Trade Zone, received approval for its application. It is the first enterprise to complete the used car export filing procedure in Liaoning province since the release of the Announcement.

The Dalian Free Trade Zone will continue to provide high-quality services to enterprises, further optimize its business environment to promote the development of import and export trade, and support more interested companies in conducting used car export businesses.
