As the 2024 Sanyuesan Festival draws near, Guilin city is gearing up to present a diverse array of activities, where participants can immerse themselves in Guilin's scenery and culture, and local people's enthusiasm.
On April 11, Guilin will hold an online poetry session to present the culture of the Sanyuesan Festival and Chinese ethnic groups.
Concurrently, the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Spot will host a live-action folk songs performance, ethnic culture shows, and concerts. Visitors will have the opportunity to cruise the scenic waters, taking in the breathtaking views while enjoying live performances.

From 15:00 to 16:30, the ancient south gate of the scenic spot will set up distinctive performance zones involving ethnic music and costumes. From 19:30 to 22:00, the Guihu Lake waters will resonate with melodies from ethnic musical instruments, providing a serene and enchanting evening experience. Guides will accompany visitors, sharing insights into the history and significance of these instruments.
Liu Sanjie Cultural Garden, a national 4A-level tourist attraction, will also participate in the festivities. It will provide a rich variety of activities for visitors, including flash mobs, song contests, traditional embroidered ball tossing, and bamboo pole dance, with priority tickets available to purchase.

Xiangshan district, named after the Elephant Trunk Hill, boasts various tourist attractions, such as Xiangshan Park, and Nanxishan Scenic Area. On April 11, an open day activity will be held at the Huang Changdian Brush intangible cutural heritage experience base within the district, offering participants a chance to explore the fascinating world of brush making through displays, hands-on production experiences, and garden tours.
