Guangzhou's Huangpu district launched a one-stop digital enterprise service platform named Puqitong on March 29, aiming to enhance the business environment and draw investment.
The platform, unifying over 30 scattered business-oriented administrative systems into one interface, is designed to address headachy issues such as repetitive logins and jumbled management for enterprises in the district.
A total of 747 enterprise-related services, as well as 149 beneficial policies' introduction and 541 policy implementation details, have now been made available, allowing enterprises to access services in a concentrated and cozy manner.
Users can log in on the website or switch to mobile by opening the mini-program in WeChat, to access services across the entire platform.
The platform also improves administration's work to manage and serve local enterprises. Local officials can establish databases for specific use through data utilization, providing more accurate services and support to enterprises, phasing out the inefficiency of data sharing created by the previous ecosystem.
Besides, the district lays out an interactive virtual space to garner investment for its industrial parks. Investors can experience area-exclusive service in the space, selecting sites through filters including price and location.
"In the past, I had to manage numerous accounts on different websites. Now with just one login, my company can enjoy all services in one interface. A lot of affairs can be done in one page. It's really efficient and time-saving," said Liu Ye, the vice president of CDC Investment Corporation , a business and investment consultancy headquartered in the district.
