Baotou city in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region held a campus recruitment event on March 20 at Wuhan University in Wuhan, capital city of Central China's Hubei province.
In recent years, Baotou has attracted more than 130 doctoral students, over 2000 master's students, and more than 6000 undergraduate students to work in the city in general.
"This recruitment event at Wuhan University is the first main venue of Baotou city's campus recruitment event in 2024," said Liu He, a staff member of the Baotou Municipal Human Resources Service Center.
"We have collaborated with universities like Wuhan University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology to carry out recruitment activities, with 150 employers offering a total of 5,999 job positions," he added.
As a way to attract the professional talents they need, China North Rare Earth (Group) High-tech Co stated not only explains Baotou's talent introduction policies, but also provides settlement subsidies.
This time, the company is trying to fill job openings in scientific research, technical research and development, and product development. The company mainly recruits master's and doctoral graduates in various fields such as chemistry, chemical engineering, and metallurgical materials.
After carefully learning about Baotou's talent policies, some students, including An Xin, a third-year postgraduate student at the China University of Geosciences, have set their sights on employment in Baotou.
