Dailinke Precision Equipment (Nantong) Co Ltd recently signed agreements with Nantong's National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, bringing two high-end projects to the area with a total investment of approximately 500 million yuan ($69.21 million) for precision molds and 200 million yuan for innovative aerospace functional film.
This marks Dailinke's second venture into NHIZ. As early as 2017, Dailinke made its initial investment in the zone, focusing on the research and development of inorganic nano-plastic modification products.
By September 2019, the company had completed construction and commenced operations, achieving rapid growth and earning accolades such as recognition as a provincial-level innovative and specialized enterprise and green factory. Last year, the company's taxable sales exceeded 1 billion yuan.
The successful collaboration on the initial project left Dailinke impressed with the convenient location, general conditions, robust industrial foundation, quality material resources, and superior park platform of the zone.
In the latter half of last year, Dailinke reached consensus with NHIZ on the development of high-end precision molds and innovative aerospace functional film projects, leading to the establishment of these two new projects in the zone.
The high-end precision mold project, with a total investment of around 500 million yuan, is expected to generate an annual output value of about 1 billion yuan and contribute around 50 million yuan in annual taxes upon full operation.
"This project boasts core technology developed entirely independently, which will further drive the industrialization of China's precision coating mold industry and set a benchmark for Chinese manufacturing in the niche sector," said Lin Yujin, an investor in the project.
