Night-time economy accelerates Kangbashi's development

In recent years, Kangbashi district in Ordos city has implemented new formats, scenes, and models to its night-time economy, injecting fresh vitality into the district's high-quality economic development.

Throughout 2023, Kangbashi's total retail sales of consumer goods amounted to 7.54 billion yuan ($1.03 billion), marking a 9.3 percent year-on-year increase. This growth, surpassing the city average by 0.2 percentage points, has consistently positioned Kangbashi among the top three consumption districts in the city for 28 consecutive months.
