Luo Zhaohui's proposal focuses on 'small yet smart' programs

Luo Zhaohui, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency and a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, said his proposal for this year focuses on promoting the Luban Workshop abroad, and his agency will continue to increase the assistance of such "small yet smart" programs.
