The third priority is to establish a co-governance framework, including enhancing the postal security supervision mechanism, standardizing and elevating the quality of postal and express delivery services, directing the industry towards sustainable development, and fostering the industry's transition towards environmentally friendly practices.
The fourth area of import is safeguarding the developmental factors encompassing standardizing and optimizing vehicle traffic management, bolstering the protection of practitioners' legitimate rights and interests, establishing a high-caliber talent training system, and advancing the application of technological innovation achievements.
The guidelines also propose protective measures focusing on strengthening policy integration, enhancing organizational coordination, and ensuring accountability.
