Qiantang district recently unveiled an ambitious blueprint for new landmark constructions.
One standout initiative is a wide-body aircraft project, slated for completion by the end of April this year. Spanning approximately 294,000 square meters, the project will include a leading domestic production and R&D base for wide-body aircraft fuselage parts. Once operational, it is expected to produce 45 aircraft annually, meeting a significant portion of China's demand for 250-seat dual-aisle jetliners over the next two decades.
Additionally, the Qiantang Greater Bay Area Wetland Park, touted as the largest riparian mudflat wetland in Hangzhou, is set to open in May. The Eastern International Health Center, a multifunctional high-tech industrial park focusing on the health and wellness industry, is scheduled for completion in June, further diversifying the region's industrial landscape.
Moreover, the upcoming Aeon Mall and Heda Pharma Valley Center, slated to open in early summer and by the year's end, respectively, are expected to inject new commercial vitality into Qiantang district.
