The Quzhou High-end Electronic Materials Industrial Platform, spanning 12.3 square kilometers, is dedicated to the deep cultivation and advancement of four key industrial chains — high-end electronic chemical materials, lithium electronic power battery materials, integrated circuit materials, and optoelectronic display materials.
The platform has fostered a digital economy industrial cluster, represented by leading enterprises such as Grandit and Huayou Cobalt. In 2023, the industrial output value of large-scale industries reached 91.4 billion yuan ($12.73 billion), with the dominant industry output value hitting 88.2 billion yuan, resulting in an impressive industrial agglomeration rate of 96 percent.
Furthermore, as a national pilot for circular economy transformation, the platform is equipped with four 110-kilovolt substations. Enterprises such as Juhua Thermal Power and Donggang Thermal Power ensure the supply of electricity, steam, and gas.
Additionally, industrial wastewater treatment and hazardous waste recycling and disposal enterprises are also integrated within the platform.
