On Feb 2, the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC) signed a contract with the global comprehensive digital human resources (HR) service provider, GEO, to establish the global headquarters of their overseas business in the Optics Valley of China.
This project is an important strategic layout for GEO to deepen its global business. With Chinese enterprises accelerating their international expansion, the allocation of overseas organizations and talents has become a critical issue for these enterprises.
GEO focuses on providing one-stop global employment services for overseas enterprises, including overseas recruitment, global employer of record (EOR), overseas business process outsourcing (BPO), and overseas employee dispatch, aiming to help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency. Their business covers regions such as Southeast Asia, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Established in 2014, GEO has provided global digital HR services, business outsourcing, recruitment process outsourcing, corporate insurance, employee physical examinations, corporate internal training, and consulting services to over 85,000 enterprises.
The company has completed Series C financing, and has been selected as one of Forbes China's Top 50 tech companies, one of China's top 50 influential brands in HR technology, and one of the Top 10 talent service organizations for China's globalization initiative.
