Guiyang teams win big at youth soccer event

A Guizhou province youth soccer tournament was held in Zunyi city, with two teams from Guiyang city participating.

Following the selection matches in Guiyang, the teams from Guanshanhu district and Yunyan district were chosen to represent Guiyang in the provincial finals for the boys' and girls' categories, respectively. After intense competition in the group stage and semifinals, both Guiyang teams advanced to the final round.

In the end, the Guiyang boys' team clinched the championship with a score of 5-0 against their opponents. The Guiyang girls' team suffered a 4-5 defeat in a penalty shootout, securing the runner-up position in the event.
