Since the opening of the second session of the 13th Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Jan 22, political advisers and participating units have put forward a number valuable opinions and proposals.
As of 6 pm on Jan 24, the 13th CPPCC Shanxi Committee received 879 proposals. Among them, 741 have been filed, accounting for 84.3 percent of the total number. These include 253 collective proposals and 488 proposals from individual members.
The proposals cover fields of economic development, political construction, cultural development, social development, and ecological civilization. The majority of the proposals are related to socioeconomic development, totaling 604.
After the session concludes, the filed proposals will be handed over to the relevant executing departments for further handling and processing.
