A pop-up market dedicated to serving and caring for migrant workers in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA), Jiangsu province, opened on Jan 18.

Migrant workers in the development area were treated to Laba porridge, received Spring Festival goods, underwent physical examinations, and even enjoyed haircuts at the market.
One of the migrant workers, a woman surnamed Niu from Huai'an, Jiangsu, expressed her delight with the pop-up market, saying that care and attention provided by numerous volunteers made her feel warm during these chilly days.

The pop-up market featured three stations, catering to a total of over 400 migrant workers, 200 senior residents without family support, and 20 outdoor workers.
