The Trip.com Group travel agency and All Nippon Airways signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing on Jan 22.
Their aim is to strengthen air travel collaboration between the two companies. Both sides will engage in cooperation in areas such as member services, product marketing, and information technology services.
As part of the cooperation, the companies will jointly establish an ANA flagship store on Trip.com Group's platforms, to provide passengers with better and more convenient booking services. The two parties will also collaborate on creating a range of flight offerings to meet the needs of different passengers.
Expanding the business traveler segment and discovering the demands of high-end customers are key additional focuses.
Xiong Xing, COO of the Trip.com Group, said that the strategic collaboration will lend innovation to the aviation and travel markets. It will also explore the optimization and enhancement of products and services, contributing to the sustainable development of the aviation and travel markets.
