Yingjiang emerges as primary habitat for rare gibbons in China

Yingjiang county in Yunnan province has become the largest haven for Gaoligong hoolock gibbons in China! According to the 2022-23 survey, there are now 29 groups with approximately 100 Gaoligong hoolock gibbons in Yingjiang county, making it the largest distribution area for these majestic creatures in China.
