Meet Sultan, a Ph.D. from a remote village in southern Pakistan, who studied in Wuhan, Hubei.

Sultan tackles water scarcity in his hometown while uniting Pakistani and Chinese academia. He has brought opportunities for Pakistani students to study in Wuhan. Today, his fraternity of doctoral scholars has several members, all dedicated to solving global challenges.
