New Year's greetings from Japanese friends living in Dalian

Jinpu New Area is the earliest region in China to open up to Japan, giving birth to China's first Japanese wholly-owned enterprise and the first large-scale development project undertaken by the Japanese government and enterprises in China. It is the largest gathering place for Japanese-funded enterprises in Northeast China. In 2023, China's Dalian and Japan's Ishikawa Ken were selected as "Culture City of East Asia".

On this joyous occasion, Japanese friends working and living in Dalian extended their New Year's greetings to the Chinese people. They expressed their hopes that various exchanges between Japan and Dalian in the coming year will further develop, and mutually-beneficial cooperation will reach new heights.
