Heilongjiang Ice and Snow World dazzles by day

A series of photos taken by Zhao Tianhua recently presented the unique landscape of the 25th Harbin Ice and Snow World in Harbin, Heilongjiang province.

In the 810,000-square-meter amusement park, which combines ice, snow, sound and lights, many visitors are attracted by the dazzling world after dark. They can appreciate more than 1,000 artworks made of more than 250,000 cubic meters of ice and snow.

"I have visited the park numerous times over the years, but it is the first time I've taken photos in the morning," said Zhao, the photographer. "The crystal clear ice and snow landscape turned the park into a fairy tale world in the sunshine."
