Opening of ice-snow world drives winter tourism economy

The opening of the Harbin Ice-Snow World on Monday is driving winter tourism economy in Harbin, Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.

The overall planning area of this year's Ice and Snow World is 810,000 square meters, which is the largest in history.

A total of 250,000 cubic meters of ice and snow have been used to create more than 1,000 ice and snow landscapes.
