Shanghai publishes 2023 foreign investment policies overview

To boost Shanghai's foreign-related business environment and improve the level of international investment promotions and company services, the city in East China recently issued a key document.

The Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board, guided by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, published the 2023 Overview of Foreign Investment Policies in Shanghai.

The comprehensive guide is based on the latest national, municipal and district-level policies for attracting and utilizing foreign investment.

It specifically focuses on bringing in high-quality international capital and addressing the concerns of overseas-funded enterprises and investors.

Over 100 foreign investment policies have been put together to provide investors with overall policy guidelines and to support the development of premium-grade foreign investment in the city.

The 2023 Overview of Foreign Investment Policies in Shanghai is now available for download on the Shanghai Foreign Investment Promotion Service Platform – as well as on the Invest Shanghai social media account and on other channels.
