The first telecommunication data zone in China was recently launched on the Global Big Data Exchange in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The initial batch of 13 telecommunication data products has been released in the zone, covering data capabilities, AI capabilities, platform capabilities, high-performance computing power, and more.

The focus is on accelerating the aggregation of various telecommunication data and addressing the ownership, processing, and operational rights of telecommunication data resources in order to solve property rights issues.

By providing "one-stop" services such as data registration, rights confirmation, evaluation, circulation, transactions, and application, the Global Big Data Exchange aims to promote the application of telecommunication data.

It unites all parties to carry out research and development on technology and products, effectively promoting the integration of digital technology and telecommunication data and fully unleashing the value of telecommunication data.

In recent years, the Global Big Data Exchange and China Telecom Group have deepened their cooperation, established an ecosystem based on application scenarios, and focused on exploring new models and incubating new business formats for data element markets in financial risk control, precision advertising, and intelligent health care.
