To foster communication between enterprises and job seekers, Nantong Economic and Technological Area kickstarted its employment and entrepreneurship service season on the evening of Nov 24.
Held at the AEON mall, the event drew a stream of job seekers. A total of 65 local employers offered over 2,000 jobs, catering to diverse employment needs. Notably, nearly 40 companies offered 1,170 positions tailored to recent college graduates, while an additional 300 flexible jobs targeted individuals seeking employment.

Embracing a mixed service approach, the fair integrated both day and night services, offering services at the human resource market in daylight and at the shopping center at night. Leveraging social media platforms, a live broadcasting zone facilitated real-time presentations, ensuring a smooth and dynamic interface between online and offline job seekers and recruiters.
The services on-site are comprehensive, including employment assistance, entrepreneurial guidance, and labor rights consulting. The event is part of NETDA's ongoing specialized efforts to help enterprises more easily find the right employees, which has already seen nearly 60 service activities held since its launch earlier 2023.
Looking ahead, the area plans to continue enhancing its supply-demand service platforms, offering robust support for various employment needs while bolstering local businesses in terms of talent acquisition and labor recruitment.
