The Kuntin Wuxi Intelligent Manufacturing Park in Wuxi National Hi-tech District, Wuxi, Jiangsu officially opened on Nov 28.
The park, spanning a total planned area of 9.8 hectares, debuted with its first phase covering 3.7 hectares. This initial phase boasts 21 high-standard industrial facilities, with a 100-percent occupancy rate achieved through successful investment attraction efforts.
The 28 enterprises that have already set up operations in the inaugural phase, all high-tech companies above the designated scale, focus on cutting-edge industries, including new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, and semiconductors. The first phase is projected to generate an annual output value of 2 billion yuan ($280.72 million) by 2025. Once the second phase is completed, the combined annual output value is expected to reach 5.5 billion yuan.

The development and management of the park are overseen by Kuntin, a renowned commercial real estate services company. Kuntin has entered into a strategic partnership with JLL, a world-leading real estate solution provider, to accelerate investment attraction. Savills, a century-old property management company based in the United Kingdom, will provide property services for the park.
