Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area, in a bid to bolster local businesses and foster collaboration with academic institutions, recently launched a recruitment and publicity campaign at universities in Harbin.The initiative brought 39 local companies offering more than 1,500 job positions to local universities.
The event, held at five Harbin universities, featured city development presentations, talent policy briefings and specialized job fairs. It resulted in nearly 1,000 resumes being submitted and over 300 students indicating their intent to pursue employment in the area.

During the event, representatives of the area meticulously emphasized its appeal as a place for business, living, and career growth, including the fact that NETDA offers comprehensive subsidy policies extending up to five years for graduates from all educational backgrounds.
Employers vied for talent by highlighting career prospects, offering competitive compensation packages, and promoting their unique corporate cultures.
