Jinan makes 1st deal of Shandong at 6th CIIE

Jinan-based Qilu Pharmaceutical Group signed a contract with Cytiva, a subsidiary of Danaher, a leading global life sciences and diagnostics innovator from the United States, at the 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) on Nov 5.

The deal includes the procurement of medical instruments, consumables, and other products, with a total order value of $14.96 million. This contract was also the first signed by the Shandong trading delegation at this year's CIIE.

Qilu Pharmaceutical Group, as a leading company in the industry based in Jinan and a key player in the supply chain, has participated in the CIIE for five consecutive years. It has established strategic partnerships with Fortune Global 500 companies and industry leaders, including Thermo Fisher Scientific from the US, and Merck from Germany.

Qilu Pharmaceutical Group said the CIIE has gradually become the preferred global destination for new products in the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing breakthrough research and development achievements in fields such as cutting-edge innovation, medical devices, and healthcare.
