The 2023-2024 China Cup Speed Skating Elite League (Hulunbuir Division), a qualifying competition for the 14th National Winter Games, got underway at the Inner Mongolia Ice Sports Training Center on Nov 1.
Over 500 athletes from provinces like Heilongjiang and Jilin, as well as the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and other areas, participated.

The 2023-2024 China Cup Speed Skating Elite League comprises four competitions. The Hulunbuir Division is the first stop, and the competition lasts for three days.
The event is divided into Open and Youth categories, with races including the men's and women's 500 meters, 1,000 meters, and 1,500 meters, women's 30,00 meters (Open Group), men's 5,000 meters (Open Group), team pursuit, and mass start competitions.
