Huangpu district in Guangzhou recently completed and unveiled a mega-project that has an investment of 37 billion yuan ($5.7 billion)—the "China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Super Neighborhood Center."
Located in the southern start-up area of CSGKC, the center spans approximately 70,000 square meters. It aims to establish a three-tier public service system and will serve as an integrated cultural and commercial complex. Its functions include sports, entertainment, and office spaces.
Furthermore, this project will improve the commercial facilities and urban functions of CSGKC, steering its development towards economic, cultural, and ecological sustainability.
It is expected that this "supercharged" neighborhood center will bring a fresh living experience to its residents.
