Matchmaking meeting for key industry investment cooperation projects held in Yantai

The Matchmaking Meeting for Key Industry Investment Cooperation Projects and Conference on the Joint Construction of the Jiahe-Happy New City by Zhifu Bay and Greater Bay Area was held in Yantai, attracting over 20 enterprises and relevant institutions from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. 

A framework agreement regarding the strategic cooperation for the joint construction of the Jiahe-Happy New City by Zhifu Bay and the Greater Bay Area was also signed. According to the agreement, Yantai will provide services for enterprises in the Greater Bay Area during the period and advance cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.

Themed "A New Leader in Opening-up and New Opportunities for Cooperation", the event focused on key industries such as new-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, new energy, new materials, and the internet of things.

The Zhifu district has developed a modern industrial system centered on the headquarters digital economy that is strong in finance and trade, cultural tourism, intelligent manufacturing, marine economy, and healthcare. The Jiahe-Happy New City area is also striving to become a city of life and also a city of scientific innovation.

The pillar industries of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are complementary to Yantai's modern industrial system. Moving forward, all parties will deepen industrial cooperation and promote the integrated development of these two bays.
