Shinan chorus wins championship in Qingdao

At the 2023 Qingdao Citizen Chorus Competition and the 8th Chorus Festival Award Concert held at Qingdao Grand Theater on Oct 23, the Lark chorus from the Shinan Children's Palace won first prize in the primary school group of the 8th Chorus Festival.

The Lark chorus, as the representative chorus of primary and middle school students in Qingdao, was the only children's chorus invited to perform.

This event marks the Lark chorus' third appearance in the 8th Qingdao Chorus Festival. They have consistently delivered outstanding performances, starting from the grand opening ceremony all the way to the official competition, and ultimately secured the championship.

The chorus competition is in celebration of the 45th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up.
