During the conference, the achievements made by Ordos in the net-zero industry were showcased. The conditions of new energy industry construction in cities such as Ordos, Hohhot, Baotou, and Ulaanqab were also presented.
At the opening ceremony, both international and domestic leading standards organizations and corporations jointly launched the International Net-Zero Standards Construction and Green Trade Ordos Initiative.
Experts, scholars, and business representatives gave keynote speeches at the conference. Among the speakers were Zhang Lei, CEO of Envision Group, and Jin Zhijun, dean of the Institute of Energy at Peking University.

In recent years, Ordos has remained committed to the philosophy of "Ecological Priority, Green Development."
As it develops into a significant national energy and strategic resource base, Ordos is cultivating a world-class new energy equipment manufacturing industry cluster. It is also taking the lead in exploring the development model of net-zero industrial parks.
Currently, the Ordos Net-Zero Industrial Park produces 30,000 battery cores, 900 monocrystalline rods, 20 million monocrystalline slices, and 15 million high-efficiency monocrystalline cells daily, with its daily output value reaching 100 million yuan ($13.7 million).
By the end of 2023, it is expected to deliver an industrial output value of 30 billion yuan, directly providing 13,000 positions.
