Shanxi launches hotlines for cross-border tax service consultations

The Shanxi Provincial Tax Service of State Taxation Administration recently opened a dedicated hotline, 12366, to provide cross-border tax service consultations. 

Cross-border taxpayers can dial the hotline and follow the voice prompts to connect to the consultation line.

Based on the consultations received via the 12366 hotline and in consideration of the practical work of cross-border services, the provincial taxation service bureau has compiled a list of frequently asked questions related to cross-border taxation. The list covers topics such as export tax rebates, deferred tax payments, overseas tax offsets, tax treaties, tax residency identification, and related policies and service measures.
