The achievement exhibition for the 2023 Euro-Asia Economic Forum (EAEF) opened on Sept 21 in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, themed on Europe and Asia working together for common prosperity.
The exhibition aims to showcase the fruitful results of the EAEF since its establishment in 2005 in promoting interconnectivity and dialogue between the government, businesses, and academia, as well as international capacity cooperation among countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.
The exhibition's theme colors are blue, green and white. The natural curves of the Silk Road and silk ribbons are incorporated into the design, with large curved walls used on the outside of the exhibition area, symbolizing a more open and inclusive attitude towards guests.
The exhibition consists of five areas of prologue, origin, platform, process, and vision.
In the prologue area, the exhibition highlights the cooperative achievements of previous forums. The origin area provides detailed information about the historical origins of the forum and its policy basis.
Visitors can learn about the forum's origin, positioning, and organizational structure in the platform area, while the process area, the main part of the exhibition, provides a comprehensive review of the forum's framework, attending guests and important achievements, and gives an overview of this year's forum.
Lastly, the vision area emphasizes the development goals of the forum and outlines its future direction.
