A delegation from the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) in East China's Jiangsu province attended the 2nd Green China International Cooperation Forum on Low-carbon Industries in Xiamen, Fujian province on Sept 7.
Wang Xiaohong, director of the Nantong Comprehensive Bonded Zone Administration, promoted NETDA's new energy industry to more than 100 representatives from foreign agencies in China, well-known enterprises, local governments and financial institutions on the sidelines of the event.
Wang outlined the area's advantages in geography, industrial scale and resources, including four pillar industries – new-generation information technology, biomedicine, high-end equipment and new energy, related policy support in terms of funds and talent, and its livable environment.
Wang also delivered an invitation to attendees to conduct a field survey in NETDA to gain a better understanding of its business environment and expressed hope that more industrial cooperation and exchanges will be carried out in the future.
