On Sept 14, the 6th Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation (Guangzhou Award) announced its shortlist in Guangzhou.
The shortlist consists of 15 innovative urban case studies from around the world and has already garnered high praise from international experts.
Dyan Currie, the chief planner for Brisbane City Council (Australia's largest local government authority) and a member of the 6th Guangzhou Award's technical committee, praised the award for sharing innovative experiences in urban governance.
