Special train for Asian Games to run from Saturday

A special Fuxing smart bullet train for the Asian Games will start operating on Sept 16 in two sections: the section from Hangzhou East Railway Station to Quzhou Railway Station and the section from Hangzhou East Railway Station to Pingyang Railway Station.

The train numbers are G9313/G9314, G9315/G9316, and G9311/G9430, and the train travels to Hangzhou, Zhuji, Yiwu, Jinhua, Longyou, Quzhou, Wuyi, Yongkang, Jinyun, Lishui, Qingtian, Wenzhou, Rui'an and Pingyang. Tickets are now on sale.

The train has a speed of 350 kilometers per hour and a capacity of 578 people. It is purple in color and features the Asian Games emblem and slogan.

The train is equipped with high-tech facilities, including 5G+WiFi network coverage, a dining car with a starry sky ceiling and wireless projection. It also has accessible carriages with accessible toilets and wheelchair placement areas for disabled athletes and passengers.

The train is also equipped with an automatic air pressure and temperature adjustment system to reduce tinnitus caused by air pressure changes when the vehicle passes through tunnels.

In addition, Hangzhou East Railway Station has upgraded its signage system and software to improve the face and document recognition rate and allow people to pass through the gate faster. It has also selected and trained 44 attendants for Asian Games services.
