SND opens more talent apartments

The Yangshan Apartments in Xushuguan town, Suzhou New District, East China's Jiangsu province, recently opened to the public after renovations.

The residential community includes 15 six-floor buildings with 1,401 apartments and each of the building features a 200-square meter public activity area where youths can work, do business negotiations, read books, or exercise.

All of the apartments are well-lit and well-equipped. Twenty-four hour housekeeper and security services are also available for lodgers.

Currently, the SND has a combined 15,000 rental units for talents. Some of them are listed as follows.

Jingying Apartments in Taihu Science City has 16 buildings containing 2,312 well-equipped apartments, including suites, single rooms, double rooms, and four-bed rooms.

Yitang Service Apartments in Taihu Science City houses 108 apartments with a floor area ranging from 40 square meters to 100 sq m and offers intelligent services including face recognition, voice-activated housekeeper services, smart home appliances and smart security and protection.

Three 30-floor buildings with a total of 372 apartments can be found in Shishan Business Innovation Zone's Yunhe Bowan High-end Talent Apartments, which offer comfortable, convenient, and cost-effective living spaces to talents from home and abroad.

Xingting Tech Talent Apartments in Shishan Business Innovation Zone feature 408 well-finished single apartments for talents working in surrounding tech businesses.
