The 2023 Exchange and Exhibition Week for Intangible Cultural Heritage along the Yellow River Basin and Grand Canal was successfully held from Sept 7 to 10 at the Fuhua International Convention and Exhibition Center in Weifang, East China's Shandong province.
Ordos city in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region was invited by the organizers to represent the region in this event.
In the Inner Mongolia (Ordos) intangible cultural heritage reception hall, 11 intangible cultural heritage items from Ordos were showcased, including Ordos weddings, Mongolian horse equipment craftsmanship, and Ordos paper-cutting.

At the event, the exquisite costumes and headpieces of Ordos weddings attracted many visitors who stopped to admire and take photos.
The diverse, unique, delicious, and nutritious Mongolian dairy products from Ordos received high praise from the visitors.
Promotional materials about tourism in Ordos were distributed, and a cultural and tourism promotional video of Ordos was played to enhance the reputation of Ordos, attracting more people to visit.
