NECC to stage more performances

The National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) has been making efforts to attract more cultural projects and stage more performances.

Many artists from both home and abroad, including Jolin Tsai, Amber Liu, Lany and Liu Lian, have performed at the NECC this year, a sign that the performance industry is well on its road to recovery following the pandemic.

To bolster the performance industry in the West Hongqiao Area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District, the NECC is looking to take advantage of favorable policies rolled out by the government to introduce more high-quality performances and improve its facilities.
