Qinchuangyuan Talent Market further improves services

The Qinchuangyuan Talent Marketin Xixian New Area, a national development zone co-built by Xi'an and Xianyang in Northwest China's Shaanxi province, has improved talent services to promote high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation.

So far, the talent market has introduced 22 well-known talent institutions from home and abroad, held 181 talent exchange recruitment events, served 1,183 enterprises, and introduced 30,618 talents of various types.

To attract talent, the recruitment departments of leading enterprises such as Sany, LONGi, and Skyworth have settled in the talent market and established the enterprise recruitment center.

Enterprises can conduct on-site recruitment, registration, interviews, adaptability tests, and training through the enterprise recruitment center, realizing a one-stop employment process service.

By establishing the Qinchuangyuan Overseas Talent Zone, the talent market has been approved as the first RCEP International Talent Service Center in the province.

It has established overseas talent workstations in eight countries and regions worldwide, and has set up four centers for talent services, talent exchange, achievement display, and innovation support.

Sam, a PhD student in business administration at Xi'an Jiaotong University from Australia, said, "I have made an appointment for related services for foreigners' work and entrepreneurship at the RCEP International Talent Service Center. After graduation, I hope to establish a foreign trade company in Shaanxi next year."

Meanwhile, the talent market has attracted well-known human resources service institutions, as well as various business services institutions such as intellectual property and financial companies, to settle in, providing comprehensive human resources services for enterprises.
