Shanghai University welcomes new intl students from 84 countries

New international students, including undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral students, recently embarked on their academic journeys at Shanghai University.

This year, the university has admitted international students from 84 countries, with Vietnam, Russia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Ghana, Malaysia, and South Korea being the top countries where most of the students are from.

Of the international graduate students, many are graduates from Shanghai University's partner colleges or from globally renowned universities.

The university prepared a welcome package for each international student. The package includes an academic calendar, map, visa application guide, and tips for new students, notebooks and card holders.
