The 2023 International Confucianism Forum and Southern Confucianism Cultural Season kicked off in Quzhou, Zhejiang province on Sept 6.
Quzhou has a reputation as the holy land of Southern Confucianism and is an important source of Confucian culture in Zhejiang.

In addition, the 2023 Southern Confucianism Cultural Season will last until October, with activities such as the Beijing tour of Nan Kong (a music drama), an Analects competition in Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, and Jiangxi provinces, and a commemoration ceremony for Confucius' 2,574th birthday.
