Chinese premium electric vehicle brand Avatr made the world premiere of its luxury sedan in Munich, Germany, on Tuesday.
Deliveries for the Avatr 12 are set to commence in the fourth quarter in China, with plans to officially enter international markets in 2024, said the carmaker's executives.
The model has a length of 5,020 millimeters, a wheelbase of 3,020 mm, a width of 1,999 mm and a height of 1,450 mm.
The exterior design was crafted by its global design center in Munich, adhering to a design philosophy of "future elegance".
The Avatr was developed based on the CHN platform under collaboration between Changan Automobile, Huawei and CATL.
It boasts a Harmony 4.0 operating system for enhanced convenience and intelligent services, and improved driver-vehicle interaction.
It also features Huawei's ADS 2.0, which reduces reliance on high-precision maps and provides intelligent driving across various scenarios, including highways, urban areas and parking.
Avatr is accelerating its new product development and plans to introduce two new products in 2024, it said.
Established in 2018, the automaker is headquartered in Chongqing with facilites in Shanghai and Munich.
