Harbin, the capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, signed nine projects with a total contract value of 720 million yuan ($102.71 million) at the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), which is now underway in Beijing.
This exciting milestone was delivered by the Harbin delegation to this year's CIFTIS.
The delegation, consisting of over 90 companies, six districts and counties, as well as seven municipal departments, participated in the fair through a combination of online and offline activities.
Some 56 of those companies showcased their innovative developments in the fields of transportation services, cultural services, creative design, digital trade, service outsourcing, and traditional Chinese medicine services in the exhibition area of Heilongjiang province.
The Heilongjiang Platform Economy Matchmaking Seminar, co-hosted by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, the Harbin municipal government, and the China Service Outsourcing Research Center, also took place during the fair.
During the seminar, four industrial parks made theme-based promotions in addition to the signing of nine projects.
