Suzhou New District in East China's Jiangsu province recently secured two more headquarters projects, which will inject a robust momentum into local software and information technology industries.
Dataa Robotics, a unicorn enterprise in intelligent robots, decided to build a cloud brain national headquarters in SND in collaboration with China Mobile Xiongan Information Communication Technology Co.
Venustech, a leading provider of network security products in China, will establish its national cloud security industry headquarters and develop a cloud security digital industry base in the district.
Huang Xiaoqing, founder of Dataa Robotics, praised SND as a hot spot for investors from home and abroad, noting that it boasts distinctive industrial characteristics and complete supporting facilities.
Ding Xinhai, vice-president of Venustech, spoke highly of the supporting industrial facilities and prosperous development in the district. He said that Venustech will focus on cooperation among enterprises, institutes, and universities in cloud security.
In recent years, SND has ramped up efforts to develop a headquarters economy with success: in 2022, 31 headquarters projects settled in the district.
The district has also accelerated the construction of a first-class software and IT industrial cluster. Last year, the operating revenue of the industrial cluster jumped 21.5 percent year-on-year.
