New commercial complex opened on Quancheng Road

The XiNCC, the first "8+16 nighttime economy" commercial complex in Shandong province, opened on Quancheng Road in Jinan on Aug 13.

The 4.6-hectare commercial complex features a variety of entertainment and catering businesses and currently has 50 tenants. The complex is expected to create over 3,000 job positions and generate annual sales of 425 million yuan ($59.03 million), according to the commercial complex's operator.

The opening of the XiNCC commercial complex is just one example of how the Quancheng Road sub-district has been taking steps to revitalize its commercial buildings.

The sub-district has in recent years also been bolstering efforts to offer customized services as part of efforts to revitalize its commercial sector.
