Oil 'Rat'

Prepare a dough with high-quality flour and wrap in it noodles made with hot sesame oil. Then mold it into the shape of a rat and steam them in a steamer. Once steamed, it will have a white exterior and a beautifully golden brown center. It has a rich aromatic flavor, which is further enhanced when served chilled. Traditionally, they are enjoyed on the fifteenth day of the first month of the lunar calendar and are considered a special delicacy when shared with loved ones.
